Neighborhood Health Center - Mattina

This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offers a variety of services such as pediatrics, internal and family medicine, OB/GYN, dental care for both children and adults, podiatry, social work, nutritional counseling, medications for opioid use disorder, and a pharmacy that includes home delivery. It serves all demographics, particularly targeting the medically under-insured, uninsured, and individuals facing homelessness. Additional services include onsite lab tests, ultrasounds, STD testing, COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, health education sessions, blood pressure screenings, and free walk-in pregnancy tests. The center also provides transportation support for clients to attend appointments and referral assistance. It participates in the 340B drug discount program and has onsite enrollers for the New York State of Health insurance marketplace. The center has affiliations with Sisters Hospital and the John R. Intake Procedure: Call to set up an appointment. New patients are accepted. Phone lines are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm.

Fees: Most insurances are accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare; uninsured individuals can apply for sliding fee scale discounts based on their income and household size. Information and counseling services are provided at no cost.
