About this resource
This initiative employs trained Community Health Workers to identify, recruit, and evaluate the needs of specific women before, during, and after their pregnancies. These workers assist mothers by providing referrals for necessary services, educating them on the advantages of family planning and early prenatal care, helping them secure health insurance and medical services, and conducting follow-ups to ensure that these services are accessed.
