Offers financial support for overdue rent, mortgage, and utility payments for individuals living with HIV who do not receive housing subsidies from Evergreen Health. In the Jamestown region, this aid may also extend to overdue sewer service payments.
Intake Process: Contact for details. Applicants must submit the following documents with their application: proof of income, housing lease, diagnostic verification form (DVF), and any overdue utility bills or notices for past due rent or mortgage.
