About this resource
This initiative aims to foster and sustain healthy lifestyles among older adults in the Buffalo River Community by offering affordable nutritious meals, organized physical activities, opportunities for social engagement, and assistance with healthcare navigation and access to support services. Activities provided include group dining, low-impact aerobics, games like pinochle and Bingo, art classes from Art Services, Inc., educational sessions on healthy aging, recreational outings, and more. Transportation is available for participants needing rides to and from various VCA senior programs from Tuesday to Friday.

Fees: $5 annually for individuals aged 55 and older, and $10 for those under 55. Lunch costs $5.00 and consists of milk, salad, an entrée, and fruit.
