Intake Process: To initiate care, individuals should call to arrange a new patient screening appointment. Before receiving any treatment, patients must attend this 'New Patient Screening Appointment,' which assesses their dental requirements and addresses any queries regarding upcoming procedures. Most patients who undergo screening are accepted for treatment at UB Dental; however, some may not qualify for the program and will be given alternative treatment suggestions.

Fees: A non-refundable charge of $54.00 is required to establish a patient record, conduct a thorough dental assessment, and take panoramic radiographs (x-rays) if necessary. Those with Medicaid insurance are exempt from this fee, but they must provide sufficient information to verify Medicaid eligibility. Please note that fees may change at any time.
