Intake Process: Applications can be made via phone, in-person visits, or through referrals.
Costs: All forms of insurance are accepted, including third-party, Medicaid, Managed Care, and a sliding fee scale.

- Youth aged 12 to 18 diagnosed with alcohol or drug abuse or dependence. Service Area: WNY.
