Individual Family Supports - Summit Center

Offers a range of services for both children and adults with developmental disabilities, including behavior management, counseling, crisis intervention, and parenting skills training for parents of children aged birth to 21 years. Additionally, it provides respite care (day/evening) for youth under 21, a Saturday Life Skills Program for families, and adult day habilitation programs that focus on community-based activities. Vocational and employment services are available to assist individuals with developmental and other disabilities in finding jobs, including pre-vocational training and supported employment. Behavioral health services are also provided for children and young adults facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, along with a feeding clinic for children up to age 12 with mealtime issues. For intake, individuals should reach out to the administrative office staff, and fees vary, with some private insurance plans accepted.
