The program features a wide range of activities including billiards, travel clubs, club meetings, special events, van and wheelchair transportation services, hot lunches, defensive driving courses, meals on wheels, information and referrals, a monthly newsletter, volunteer opportunities, a caregivers program, and a support group. Health-oriented activities encompass an aerobics class, a health maintenance center, the "Are You Okay?" Program, the arthritis exercise program (ACE), the Silver Sneakers Exercise Program, health insurance counseling (HIICAP), and adult day care (refer to a separate listing for Hamburg Town - Adult Day Services). Pool activities include Aqua Strength and Core, Aqua Aerobics and Tai Chi, along with open swim sessions.
