About this resource
This program focuses on crisis intervention and collaborates within a care framework to prevent and stabilize crises for individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental or behavioral health challenges. Available support includes a 24-hour crisis hotline, clinical evaluations, crisis plan development, and the use of therapeutic coaching tools.

There are no fees; however, enrollment in Medicaid is required.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 6 and older who are enrolled in Medicaid and qualify for OPWDD services. The program is available in 17 counties across Western New York, including Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates Counties.
