About this resource
The program facilitates housing through Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA) for adults and children over the age of 6 who have developmental disabilities. Each location provides varying levels of assistance, which can include barrier-free access, medical support, behavioral services, and less intensive supervision. IRA-Supervised Apartments are available for adults aged 18 and older with developmental disabilities. Most sites offer transportation options or are accessible via bus routes.

Fees: Based on eligibility for SSI/SSD and income levels.
