About this resource
Homeward Bound Adirondacks provides free medical transportation, crisis outreach, and case management services to Veterans in the North Country. Additionally, we offer wilderness retreats designed to help Veterans dealing with PTSD from any location. All services are provided at no cost to Veterans and their families.
