About this resource

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) provides support for heating bill payments. Seniors aged 60 and above, as well as those receiving SSI or SSD, can apply through the Fulton County Office for Aging. Additionally, the Fulton County Office for Aging and Youth serves as an alternate certifier for individuals aged 60 and over seeking HEAP benefits.
