Offers a variety of outpatient services designed to educate, guide, and encourage patients in their journey to recover and manage their health effectively. Available programs include Medical Nutrition Therapy, Childbirth Education Classes, Healthy Living with Diabetes (which encompasses Diabetes Prevention Program and Counseling), MOMS Batavia, IBCLC Support for Breastfeeding Moms, Baby Cafe, Cancer Services Program, and Cancer Support Group. Remote consultations via telephone and video are available for those who prefer or require them.
To initiate services, call to set up an appointment and remember to bring your insurance details and a photo ID.
Fees vary, as the program accepts third-party insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, while support groups are offered at no cost.
