This budget-friendly community caters to seniors aged 55 and older and is located within the United Memorial Jerome Center in Batavia. Residents can choose from one or two-bedroom apartments. Its prime location allows easy access to an elevator for doctor's visits or a short walk to engage in activities at the Senior Center. A standard lease term of 12 months is required, and the waiting list is currently open.

Fees: A security deposit is required, equivalent to one month's rent.
