This initiative caters to individuals whose transportation requirements exceed what Medicaid transportation can offer, facilitating access to medical appointments and HIV-related services. Participants may receive cab rides, bus tokens, or gas cards to visit their healthcare providers.
Intake Process: While walk-ins are accepted, appointments are preferred; please call for details.
Cost: No fees are charged.
