About this resource
This program provides support to adults aged 18 and above who are unable to meet their essential needs for food, clothing, shelter, or medical care due to physical or mental impairments, and who cannot safeguard themselves from neglect, abuse, or dangerous situations, without anyone to help them responsibly.

Fees: There are no charges for services.

- Adults aged 18 and older with physical or mental impairments who cannot meet their basic needs, are at risk of harm, and lack responsible assistance.
