The organization is dedicated to the development, preservation, and enhancement of housing opportunities. It encourages community development and maintains rural villages and towns. Additionally, it manages apartments for seniors and individuals with disabilities, as well as single-family homes, duplexes, and apartments for low-income families. It provides homeownership initiatives and repair programs for owner-occupied homes, including emergency repairs for seniors and accessibility modifications for single-family residences. Furthermore, it offers a supportive housing component to help individuals maintain independent living.
