About this resource
This program offers Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) to youth under the age of 21 who are Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in a Managed Care plan. Referrals can be made by parents, teachers, doctors, or any other individuals involved with the youth.
Intake Procedure: You can reach out by phone, visit the website, or send an email to ccsteubenlivingston@dor.org.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Youth under 21 who are Medicaid beneficiaries with mental health or substance use needs and live in Allegany, Livingston, Steuben, Wyoming, or Yates counties.
