This program provides support to families facing challenges. The services offered include referrals to community and government resources, assistance with rent, help with transportation-related costs, and utility or heating aid.
Intake Process: Individuals must meet with a Supportive Services Facilitator to assess their eligibility.
Cost: Services are provided at no charge.
Who can use this
- Must be a resident of Madison County, adhere to income guidelines, and be at least 18 years old.
