This program provides essential support to families in need, including referrals to community and government services, rent assistance, help with transportation-related expenses, and utility/heat assistance.
Intake Procedure: Individuals must meet with a Supportive Services Facilitator to assess their eligibility.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.

- Individuals must be residents of Madison County, meet income guidelines, and be at least 18 years old.
