This program delivers outpatient medical services to individuals and families, which include primary and preventive care, pediatrics, family medicine, dental services, obstetric and gynecologic care, geriatrics, podiatry, nutrition, immunizations, speech and hearing assessments, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction. Additionally, it provides short-term mental health and addiction support, as well as optometry services that encompass vision testing, glaucoma assessments, eyeglass prescriptions, and diabetic eye screenings.
