About this resource

The organization provides a range of services for individuals with physical or multiple disabilities and their families, which encompass pediatric rehabilitative care, occupational, physical, and speech therapy for individuals of all ages. They also offer school contract services for preschool and school-aged children, early intervention programs, and preschool options for both children with and without special needs. Additional services include adult programs, life skills and day programs, assistive technology, residential support, transitional apartments, and respite services for both adults and children in-home. They provide individual and family support services, community-based respite and habilitation services, as well as support services such as family reimbursement and transportation. Their clinic services include adaptive equipment assessments, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy, behavioral health services, psychiatry, brokerage services, and adaptive sports through Sports Net. Transportation is available for individuals with physical disabilities living with their families who are not being transported to respite programs. For intake, individuals can call for more information, and most programs do not have fees, although respite and SportsNet services require a call for details.
