About this resource
The program provides Pre-Employment Services, which include coaching and styling sessions to prepare for interviews, featuring a complete outfit, shoes, and accessories. It also offers mock interviews and resume reviews. For post-employment support, services include follow-ups after interviews and assistance with job searches. Additional offerings include consultations for selecting a 10-piece workplace wardrobe, employment retention and work readiness programs, mentoring opportunities, and the Success InSight Conference. The Career Development Retention Program and Professional Women's Group are also available, along with the DSS Express Boutique and career center, which assists those facing transportation challenges.
