About this resource
Delivers a range of support, information, referrals, and educational resources for those with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and epilepsy. Services include case management, residential homes, self-directed options like Fiscal Intermediary and Brokerage services, family reimbursement, respite care, health homes, and family support, which encompasses parent support groups. Additionally, structured day and evening programs, support groups, counseling, community habilitation, day habilitation, and Camp EAGR, a residential summer camp for children with epilepsy, are offered.
Intake Procedure: Contact via phone, email, or complete the online intake form.
Fees: Services are generally free, except for residential programs, with costs covered by OPWDD.
