About this resource
This initiative provides personalized literacy training to adults through one-on-one sessions and small groups. It includes reading and math instruction for individuals whose skills are below the ninth-grade level and offers English language classes for non-native speakers (ESOL). Additionally, it conducts training workshops for volunteers who are paired with learners. The program also features digital literacy services to help participants navigate online forms, documents, and applications at local community sites, along with digital classes offered at these locations.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can make an appointment, visit the website, call for more information, or simply walk in.
Fees: There are no charges for any of the services provided.
Who can use this
- Participants must be 18 years or older and not currently enrolled in school.
