Comprehensive primary care services are provided for children in Monroe County's family-based foster care, which includes Well Child Checks (annual physicals), appointments for new patients, returning patients, follow-ups, medication management, urgent care visits, and immunizations.
Intake Procedure: Referrals are accepted solely from the Monroe County Department of Human Services foster care system.
Fees: All insurance types are accepted, including Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care.
