This service assists individuals in navigating the process of identifying eligible OPWDD services, assessing their needs, and planning for the acquisition of those services.

Fees: Based on a sliding scale; Medicaid accepted.
Who can use this
- Individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other neurological conditions that manifest before age 22 and significantly hinder their ability to function in society.
