About this resource
Delivers comprehensive health care, dental, social work, mental health, and educational support for the homeless population. Services include treatment for both acute and chronic health conditions, STD and HIV testing, and TB screening. The program offers evaluations, counseling, and referrals for mental health and substance abuse challenges, along with diabetic and nutrition education. Primary dental care is also available, as well as referrals for additional services. Assistance with emergency, transitional, and permanent housing, food, clothing, and enrollment in DSS benefits/insurance is provided. A Mobile Medical Unit visits homeless shelters to extend services.

Fees: Services are offered at no cost. If insurance is present, billing will be processed. Care is not denied due to inability to pay.
