Rochester City Hall

This municipal animal resource center caters to at-risk animals that are homeless, injured, or present immediate public safety risks within Rochester City limits. It provides services for lost and found pet reunification and rehoming, while also addressing city ordinances concerning companion animals through information sharing, support services, and enforcement. The center offers complimentary pet services such as food and supplies, vaccinations, identification tags, microchips, spay and neuter surgeries, wellness exams, and community veterinary care. Every adopted pet comes with a certificate for a free veterinary examination. Additionally, it provides temporary shelter through foster homes for pets belonging to families in crisis.
