Offers urgent support to families facing crises, which includes food bags, personal hygiene kits, prescription aid, transportation passes (subject to availability), assistance for stranded travelers, clothing support, diaper aid, vouchers for local supermarkets for food and personal items, advocacy, and referrals to external agencies. The program also provides crisis assessment and management, bilingual services, and registration for various Salvation Army initiatives (such as Project Bundle Up, Long Point Camp, Christmas Assistance, etc.).
Intake Procedure: Individuals can call or visit the office, with services typically provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
