Delivers urgent support to families in distress, which encompasses food packages, personal hygiene kits, prescription aid, bus passes (subject to availability), assistance for stranded travelers, clothing support, diaper supplies, and vouchers for local supermarkets for food and personal necessities. Additionally, it provides advocacy and referrals to other organizations, crisis assessment and management, bilingual services, and registration for Salvation Army programs such as Project Bundle Up, Long Point Camp, and Christmas Assistance.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can either call or visit the office, with services typically offered on a first come, first served basis.
