About this resource
This program delivers urgent support to families facing crises, including food bags, personal hygiene kits, assistance with prescriptions, bus passes (subject to availability), help for stranded travelers, clothing support, diaper aid, and vouchers for local supermarkets for food and personal necessities. Additionally, it provides advocacy, referrals to external agencies, crisis assessment and management, bilingual services, and registration for Salvation Army programs like Project Bundle Up, Long Point Camp, and Christmas Assistance.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can call or visit the office, with interviews conducted on a first-come, first-served basis for most services.
