Manages three transitional housing facilities for homeless individuals in the Rochester area, including parolees. * Offers services such as food, clothing, hygiene items, medical connections including mental health and prescriptions, and case management support.* Provides a warming center during Code Blue in Monroe County.
Intake Process: Referrals can be made through parole officers, Department of Social Services, or clergy members.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost, and free RTS transportation is available to Warming Centers.
Who can use this
- Adult males aged 18 and over who have recently been released from incarceration and are experiencing homelessness.
