About this resource
Offers extensive, long-term case management and counseling services for young parents and their children. The services provided include home visits, parenting education, employment assistance, educational support, and peer support groups.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can contact the program supervisor or complete a referral form available on the SPCC website. Referrals can also be made through the Monroe County DHS, Preventive Unit if there is a concern about potential foster care placement.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.
Who can use this
- Youth who are pregnant or parenting, regardless of gender, aged 12 to 21 years.
