St. Joseph's Neighborhood Center

The organization delivers primary health care services focused on adult medicine and offers various specialty care options such as cardiology, endocrinology, sexual health, dermatology, orthopedics, and ophthalmology. Additionally, it provides physical therapy, chiropractic care, and laboratory diagnostic testing (with samples sent to external labs). Women's health services, including gynecology, are also available. The facility conducts physical exams and work physicals, while also providing outpatient mental health care through individual, family, and group counseling, facilitated by volunteer health professionals. Medication evaluations are included, along with health insurance eligibility assessments and enrollment. Hygiene products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis every Friday, subject to availability.

Fees: Services are priced on a sliding scale based on income and household size according to the Federal Poverty Guidelines. New patients can expect fees ranging from $5-$50, while lab work costs between $30-$250 (determined by the external lab). Visit fees are also between $5-$50, with payment required at the time of service. Work physicals are priced at $85, and no insurance is accepted. The Health Care Access Department assists in determining applicable fees. Hygiene products are provided at no charge.
