Intake Process: Conducted solely by a qualified care provider.
Costs: Accepts Medicaid and Medicare, with a sliding scale based on income (eligibility criteria must be met). Some third-party insurance may not cover all costs. Preferred Care does not offer payment options.

- Requires a diagnosis of psychotic illness and an application submitted by a professional care provider; intended for young adults aged 18-25.
