About this resource
This initiative assists individuals with developmental disabilities and their families by offering advocacy, transportation, and case management services, either at home or within the community. The range of services includes outreach, case management, activities for parents and caregivers, Medicaid service coordination, respite programs, family reimbursement, and summer activities.
