About this resource
This program provides support for adults 18 years and older who, due to physical or mental challenges, are unable to meet their essential needs for food, clothing, shelter, or medical care, and who cannot safeguard themselves from neglect, abuse, or dangerous situations without responsible assistance.
Intake Procedure: Concerns or complaints can be reported via phone, fax, or email.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.

- Adults 18 years and older with physical or mental impairments who are at risk of harm and lack responsible assistance.
