About this resource
The Nassau University Medical Center Ambulance Division is dedicated to delivering high-quality prehospital care, medical transport, and associated support services to its communities and clients. Their ambulance teams provide attentive and compassionate Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) for patients in need of medically necessary and emergency transport. Both ALS and BLS services are available through an in-house dispatch system operated by trained personnel. Their offerings include transport from home to hospital, inter-facility transfers, and hospital-to-home services. Additionally, they can serve as the exclusive ambulance service for special events or standby needs. For more information, please call.
