About this resource
The service delivers extensive long-term home health care that encompasses nursing services, home visits, case management, physical and occupational therapy, speech and hearing assistance, social work support, personal care, homemaking and housekeeping, home health aide services, nutritional counseling, respiratory therapy, as well as medical supplies and transportation. Additional waivered services include personal emergency response systems, housing improvements, home maintenance, social day care, transportation, and respite care.
