The organization runs five Family Health Centers that offer crucial primary care services and serve as medical homes for residents in some of Long Island's most neglected communities. By providing high-quality primary care and an expanding range of specialty services directly in the community, we assist more Long Islanders in receiving necessary care at convenient locations. Our mission is to maintain our patients' health and prevent hospitalizations. Through Harmony Healthcare Long Island (HHLI), we introduce innovative health services to the communities in greatest need.
