About this resource
Currently, there are nine distinct apartment locations across Nassau County, each conveniently situated for easy access to public transportation, shopping, and laundry services. Each apartment houses 2-3 adults of the same gender and comes fully furnished, equipped with appliances, and has heating/air conditioning. This treatment initiative aims to encourage independence while providing daily support from trained professionals. Residents can access staff 24 hours a day if necessary.

Who can use this
- APPLICANTS MUST: Be at least 18 years old, voluntarily join the program, have a diagnosed mental illness, not pose a risk to themselves or others, be free from substance abuse, and participate in therapy.
