This program serves as a residential Transitional Living Program (TLP) that delivers case management for youth who have experienced homelessness, assisting them in their journey toward independent living.

- Youth aged 16-20, both male and female, can access support by calling the 24-hour number (516)379-8251 or the runaway hotline at (516)679-1111.
