Who can use this
- Children aged 5-21 with a serious emotional disturbance (SED), complex trauma, or two chronic conditions, who also have active Medicaid, are eligible. The program is available in Nassau County and parts of Queens and Suffolk; referral information can be obtained by calling the program.
