About this resource
This program provides complimentary case management and support services to relatives who are caring for another relative's child or children in their home. It assists with securing financial aid, housing, trauma-informed services, support groups, parenting skills, and referrals.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for further information.
Fees: No cost involved.
Who can use this
- This service is available to relative caregivers who are raising another relative's child or children in their homes within Nassau and Suffolk County, provided that the biological parents do not live in the caregiver's home.
