We operate five Family Health Centers that offer crucial primary care services and serve as medical homes for residents in some of Long Island’s most neglected communities. By extending quality primary care and an increasing variety of specialty services into these neighborhoods, we aim to ensure that more Long Islanders receive the necessary care in their local areas. Our mission is to maintain the health of our patients and minimize hospital visits. Through Harmony Healthcare Long Island (HHLI), we are introducing innovative health services to the communities that require them the most.
