Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program

CDPAP is a program designed for individuals with disabilities, granting them greater autonomy over their personal assistance services. This initiative allows self-directed consumers to take charge by advertising, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and even dismissing their personal assistants. Participants evaluate their own requirements, decide how these should be addressed, and oversee the quality of the services they receive.
