Psychiatric Home Care

This program delivers extensive mental health services directly in patients' homes, catering to various age groups. It coordinates additional services as required and advocates for both patients and their families. The program includes evaluations with feedback to the medical doctor or treatment team, medication management and education, behavior modification, and assessments of general health and nutrition. It also operates as a School Net Program.

Fees: Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and certain managed care insurance plans.
