About this resource
The program features three ten-bed homes designed for transitional housing aimed at individuals with psychiatric disabilities, as well as those who have both mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Additionally, there is a Supported Housing Apartment program for individuals prepared to transition to a more independent lifestyle.
Intake Procedure: A screening process is necessary prior to placement in a home.
Fees: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for further details.
