This center provides affordable, high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals within the community. The mental health services available include individual therapy for children, teens, and adults; group therapy for all ages; couples therapy; family therapy; and workshops for staff development. The Mental Health and Wellness Center addresses a variety of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, body image and eating disorders, trauma, personal growth, family crises, gender and sexual identity, grief and loss, and short-term solution-focused psychotherapy. Graduate students from the CMHC Program offer counseling services under the guidance of licensed clinicians and mental health professionals. Appointments are available during the day and evening.
